01 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below:

• "918kiss" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" — refers to 918kiss, the online gaming platform accessible at 918kiss.bingo, and its operating entity.
• "Player" / "you" / "User" — refers to any individual who registers an account on the 918kiss platform and uses its services.
• "Account" — the personal account created by a Player during registration, identified by a unique Pakistani mobile number, through which all platform services are accessed.
• "PKR" — Pakistani Rupee, the functional currency of the 918kiss platform. All balances, deposits, withdrawals, bets, and bonus values are denominated in PKR.
• "Bonus" — any promotional credit, free play value, cashback amount, or reload incentive offered by 918kiss to Players under specific terms.
• "Rollover Requirement" — the total PKR wagering amount a Player must complete before any Bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Verification" — the identity confirmation process, including CNIC document review, required to authorise withdrawals above the standard threshold.
• "Services" — all games, betting markets, live dealer streams, payment processing, customer support, and related features offered through the 918kiss platform.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on 918kiss, accessing the platform, depositing funds, or placing a wager of any kind, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, including any documents referenced herein — including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the 918kiss platform. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

03 Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use the 918kiss platform. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or older. 918kiss will conduct CNIC verification to confirm age compliance for any account that requests a withdrawal. Accounts found to be registered by persons under 18 will be permanently suspended, all balances will be voided, and any deposits made may be returned at the sole discretion of 918kiss.

3.2 Geographic Access

918kiss primarily serves players in Pakistan. By using the platform, you confirm that you are not located in a jurisdiction where accessing online gaming platforms is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing 918kiss is lawful in your jurisdiction. 918kiss accepts no liability for a Player's use of the platform from a restricted jurisdiction.

3.3 One Account Per Player

Each individual is permitted one (1) 918kiss account. One account per mobile number, per CNIC, per household address, and per device. 918kiss reserves the right to close duplicate accounts, void all balances associated with duplicate accounts, and withhold any withdrawals pending at the time of closure.

04 Account Registration and Security

4.1 Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including a valid Pakistani mobile number that you own and control. Providing false registration information is a material breach of these Terms. 918kiss reserves the right to request documentary evidence of any registration detail at any time.

4.2 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 918kiss login credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your credentials with any third party. 918kiss will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or SMS — any communication claiming to be from 918kiss and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support immediately.

4.3 Unauthorised Access

If you believe your 918kiss account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 918kiss support immediately at [email protected]. 918kiss will investigate and, where appropriate, suspend the account pending a security review. Any transactions completed while your credentials were correctly entered remain valid unless evidence of unauthorised third-party access is confirmed.

4.4 Account Verification

918kiss may request CNIC verification at any time for the purpose of age confirmation, identity verification, fraud prevention, or regulatory compliance. Withdrawal requests exceeding 25,000 PKR per transaction require a verified account. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in transaction suspension until verification is complete.

05 Deposits and Payments

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

918kiss currently accepts deposits via: Easypaisa, JazzCash, SadaPay, Raast, HBL, UBL, MCB Bank, Bank Alfalah, and Meezan Bank. All transactions are processed in PKR. 918kiss does not apply currency conversion fees; however, your payment provider may impose its own transaction charges for which 918kiss accepts no responsibility.

5.2 Deposit Minimums

The minimum deposit on 918kiss is 100 PKR via any accepted payment method. There is no maximum deposit limit, though 918kiss reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for deposits that materially exceed a Player's established deposit history.

5.3 Deposit Processing

Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits typically reflect in your 918kiss balance within 60 seconds. Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, and other domestic banks typically process within 5–30 minutes depending on the time of day and bank processing windows. 918kiss accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking system outages, or network failures.

06 Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

To make a withdrawal, your 918kiss account must be verified (CNIC reviewed and approved). The minimum withdrawal amount is 500 PKR. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where the provider supports outbound transfers. If the original deposit method does not support withdrawal, 918kiss will contact you to arrange an alternative.

6.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

Standard processing times by VIP tier: Bronze — within 2 hours; Silver — within 1 hour; Gold — within 30 minutes; Platinum — within 15 minutes; Diamond — near-instant. These timeframes apply under normal operating conditions. 918kiss reserves the right to extend processing times by up to 24 hours for security reviews on withdrawals that trigger automated risk flags.

6.3 Withdrawal Limits

Daily withdrawal limits apply by VIP tier and are set out in the 918kiss VIP Programme terms, which form part of these Terms & Conditions. Diamond tier members may negotiate higher limits directly with their account manager. All limits are denominated in PKR.

07 Bonuses and Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses offered by 918kiss — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free-play credits, and VIP milestone rewards — are subject to the specific terms published with each individual promotion, as well as these general bonus conditions. Where any conflict exists between a specific offer's terms and these general conditions, the specific offer terms take precedence.

7.2 Rollover Requirements

Bonus funds and the winnings generated from bonus play must meet the stated rollover requirement before becoming withdrawable. Rollover requirements are stated as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., a 10× rollover on a 500 PKR bonus requires 5,000 PKR in total qualifying wagers). Not all games contribute equally to rollover — contribution rates are published per game category within each promotion's detail page.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

918kiss actively monitors for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once; using structured, low-risk betting strategies specifically designed to clear rollover without genuine gameplay risk; and coordinating with other Players to extract bonus value. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have bonuses and all related winnings voided, and the account may be permanently suspended.

7.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses have an expiry date, after which uncompleted rollover and the associated bonus balance are forfeited. Expiry dates are stated per offer. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated. Real-money deposits unaffected by a bonus are not subject to rollover requirements regardless of whether an active bonus exists on the account.

08 Game Rules and Fair Play

8.1 Game Integrity

All 918kiss casino games — including jackpot slots, RNG table games, Ocean King fish arcade, and RNG-based sports outcomes — use independently tested and certified Random Number Generators. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers using physical equipment in certified studio environments. 918kiss does not manipulate game outcomes in any way beyond the published rules and mathematical parameters of each game.

8.2 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction that affects a game's ability to function in accordance with its published rules — including software errors, streaming failures, or equipment malfunctions in a live dealer environment — all bets affected by the malfunction will be voided and stakes returned to the Player's account. 918kiss accepts no liability for any winnings that would have been generated absent the malfunction.

8.3 Prohibited Play Methods

You agree not to use automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with 918kiss games on your behalf. You agree not to exploit programming errors, game bugs, or known mathematical edge cases in a way not intended by the game design. Any winnings generated through prohibited play methods are subject to forfeiture.

09 Responsible Gaming

918kiss is committed to providing a safe, enjoyable, and responsible gaming environment. Online gaming carries real financial risk — it should be treated as entertainment, not as a source of income. 918kiss provides the following responsible gaming tools to all account holders, accessible from Account Settings without contacting support:

• Deposit Limits — daily, weekly, or monthly PKR caps on deposits. Reductions apply immediately; increases require a 24-hour waiting period.
• Session Time Reminders — timed alerts at 30, 60, or 120-minute intervals prompting a review of play activity.
• Cooling-Off Periods — temporary account suspension for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. The account reactivates automatically when the period expires and may not be shortened.
• Self-Exclusion — permanent account closure. A self-excluded Player may not open a new 918kiss account using the same CNIC, mobile number, or household address. Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible.

10 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 918kiss platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one account per person, per CNIC, or per household.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or otherwise unauthorised payment methods to fund your account.
• Money laundering — depositing funds for the purpose of converting them into withdrawable balances without genuine gaming activity.
• Attempting to reverse a legitimate transaction by disputing it with a payment provider (chargeback fraud).
• Using the platform while under the age of 18 or while self-excluded.
• Colluding with other players in live dealer or multiplayer game formats to gain an unfair advantage.
• Communicating threats, abuse, or discriminatory language to 918kiss staff or other players via the support channel.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the 918kiss platform — including software, game assets, graphics, text, trademarks, logos, sound effects, and video streams — is the intellectual property of 918kiss or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any element of the 918kiss platform without prior written consent from 918kiss. Unauthorised reproduction of any 918kiss trademark, including the 918kiss name and logo, is strictly prohibited.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 918kiss shall not be liable for: (i) any loss of funds arising from a Player's own decisions, including decisions made under the influence of impaired judgment; (ii) any loss resulting from technical failures, internet outages, or third-party payment processing errors beyond the control of 918kiss; (iii) any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.

918kiss's total liability to any individual Player in respect of any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that Player in the 30-day period preceding the claim, excluding any bonus funds.

918kiss makes no warranty that the platform will be available without interruption at all times. Scheduled maintenance windows, emergency technical interventions, and force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability, for which 918kiss accepts no liability beyond the return of any unprocessed bets or deposits affected at the time.

13 Privacy and Data Protection

918kiss collects, stores, and processes personal data — including your mobile number, CNIC information, transaction history, and game activity — in accordance with the 918kiss Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to this data processing. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at 918kiss.bingo/privacy-policy.

918kiss does not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification service providers, and regulatory bodies as required to operate the platform in compliance with applicable international gaming regulations and anti-money laundering obligations.

14 Amendments to These Terms

918kiss reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 918kiss will notify active account holders via the registered mobile number or platform notification. The revised Terms take effect on the date stated in the updated document. Continued use of the 918kiss platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable international gaming regulations under which 918kiss holds its operating licence. In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the 918kiss platform — including disputes relating to transactions, bonuses, or account closure decisions — the following process applies:

3. Step 3 — External Review: Where an escalated dispute remains unresolved, you may seek review through the external dispute resolution mechanisms available under the jurisdiction of the 918kiss operating licence.

Players may not initiate legal proceedings against 918kiss before exhausting the above dispute resolution procedure.
